First and foremost, please make sure to take great care of your lashes since they are an investment, and come in to your appointment with clean lashes (makeup, oily products on the face, mascara) to avoid any possible extra charge for a lash bath ($15 charge). Also, clean face and lashes will help with better retention. Lashes less that 25% at time of fill will be charged accordingly based on amount of work needs to be done.

CANCELLATIONS:

Appointments cancelled 24hrs from the appointment day/time will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If  appointment needs to be cancelled or reschedule, feel free to contact Amanda Lash and Brow through text or email. Also, cancellations within the same day/couple hours before the appointment will be charged as a no show, 100% of the service fee.

NO SHOWS:

No showing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service cost..

 

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are required for new clients, and for any service $75+ and are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.

 

*Appointments that are cancelled that require a deposit, clients will have 1 month from the cancelled appointment to use the deposit.*

REFUNDS:

No full service refunds, or credit.

*If for any reasons there is a concern about your lashes such as retention soon after getting your set or fill, there is a 3 day grace period to reach Amanda Lash and Brow to get it fixed. After 3 days, a fix will not be honored and will be charge as a fill. This goes for Lash Lifts as well. Except, there will have to be a waiting period before redoing the Lash Lift to prevent any perm damage.
